CertED Technologies is urgently seeking a qualified and experienced First-Aid Trainer to join our team in Mumbai. As a First-Aid Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive first-aid training sessions to equip participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to respond effectively to medical emergencies.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and conduct engaging and informative first-aid training sessions, ensuring that all relevant topics and techniques are covered thoroughly.
2. Customize training materials and scenarios to suit the specific needs and environments of participants, including workplace settings, public spaces, and recreational areas.
3. Demonstrate and explain first-aid procedures, including CPR, wound care, choking relief, and basic life support techniques, in a clear and understandable manner.
4. Provide hands-on training and practice opportunities for participants to reinforce learning and build confidence in their ability to respond to emergencies.
5. Incorporate real-life case studies and simulations to enhance participants' problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities in emergency situations.
6. Assess participants' understanding and competence through quizzes, practical assessments, and scenario-based evaluations.
7. Address participants' questions, concerns, and misconceptions effectively, fostering a supportive and interactive learning environment.
8. Stay updated on the latest developments, guidelines, and best practices in first-aid procedures and emergency response protocols to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content.

First Aid Training: Equipping Participants for Emergency Response

The first aid training program aims to equip participants with the essential knowledge and skills necessary to respond effectively to emergency situations. Through a combination of interactive lectures, hands-on demonstrations, and practical exercises, participants will learn how to assess and manage various medical emergencies, including bleeding, choking, allergic reactions, fractures, burns, and temperature-related incidents.
