Job Description: We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Soft Skill Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for training and development, with a proven track record of delivering impactful learning experiences. As a Soft Skill Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions focused on enhancing essential soft skills such as communication, teamwork, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Soft Skill Trainer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of soft skill development techniques and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate participants.
- Flexibility to adapt training content to meet the needs of diverse audiences.
- Certification in relevant training programs is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions to enhance participants' soft skills.
- Develop customized training materials and resources to support learning objectives.
- Facilitate interactive activities, discussions, and role-plays to reinforce key concepts.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to participants to promote skill development.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and develop targeted programs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in soft skill training.
