    Co-ordinates ordering activities OET, Sales order, SVO, VPO, OD, GR-GI, Shipment, Customer invoice until final acceptance stage.  Perform order sanity check using Checklist in case of missing, unclear or wrong information and collaborates with ALM Team to ensure order correctness.  IPM Tool monitoring whether any duplicates Orders has created or not.  Coordinate with Internal Business Partner (requestor) and Supplier for Purchase Order Changes.  Taking all initiatives to stabilize the team without any escalation and taking out all the calls related to any escalations and new process implement.  Monitoring the Power BI on daily basis to check whether team is achieving our targets or not.  Distributing the daily reports among teams to check their quality and training given based on their performance.  Managing the customer orders from pricing and availability queries through ordering, shipping and invoicing.  Resolve any issues related to problem purchase orders, including pricing, vendor PO creation.  Worked with customers, warehouse, and forwarders helping with export/custom issues.  Managing and maintain zero backlog orders on daily basis and deciding the rotational shift to stablish the queue.  Co-ordinate with sales and the customer when purchase order revision is required.  Tracking day-to-day orders and Chasing HWSC for the delivery plans to meet the CCRD to create the OD (outbound delivery).  Raising customer sales Invoice and help dispatch as per the criteria.  Distributing the RTS packing file among agent level to process the Pick and pack for created OD.  Providing the confirmation for Transfer order for created OD to issue GI (Goods Issue) and GR (Goods Receipt).  Monitor progress of an order throughout the shipment process.  Tracked orders and ensured customer due dates were met.  Analysing and collating the reports to minimize the complaints.  EDI transaction carried out for all the invoices performed by agents and daily reports shared
