Job Description:

Certed Technologies is hiring a Business Development Manager (BDM) to join IndusInd Bank's CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) sales team in Ahmedabad. If you are a dynamic and result-driven professional with experience in banking sales, we invite you to be part of our high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. New Client Acquisition:

    • Identify and acquire new customers for Current and Savings Accounts (CASA) in the assigned region.
    • Proactively approach potential clients, understand their banking needs, and propose the most suitable CASA solutions.
    • Develop and execute strategies to increase market penetration and attract high-value clients.
  2. Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any queries or concerns.
    • Regularly engage with clients to offer tailored banking products and services.
  3. Sales Target Achievement:

    • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for CASA accounts.
    • Monitor sales performance, track progress, and implement necessary actions to achieve goals.
  4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential leads.
    • Stay updated on competitor offerings, pricing, and strategies to ensure competitive positioning in the market.
  5. Collaboration & Reporting:

    • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve customer experience.
    • Report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management.
  6. Compliance & Documentation:

    • Ensure all account opening procedures are completed in line with regulatory guidelines.
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and documentation.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in CASA sales or banking sales.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products, specifically Current and Savings Accounts.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and responsibility.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
