Shift Timing: Rotational Shifts, 5.5 Days Work Week


Position Overview:

We are looking for dynamic, customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Success Associates. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring an outstanding experience for our customers, resolving queries, and providing timely support across multiple channels. You will play an integral role in driving customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships with our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide high-quality assistance to customers through various communication channels (email, phone, chat, etc.).
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries or issues in a timely, efficient manner, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Proactive Engagement: Monitor and anticipate customer needs, offering solutions to enhance their experience and usage.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products/services to assist customers effectively.
  • Feedback & Reporting: Gather customer feedback and report any recurring issues to the team for continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure that customers' concerns are addressed and resolved quickly.
  • Documentation: Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up on escalated issues.

Qualifications:

  • Language Proficiency: B2.2 or C1 certification in both English and German is mandatory.
  • Educational Qualification: Graduation or Under Graduation in any discipline.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or related roles is a plus, but freshers are also welcome.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication skills in both English and German.
    • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service.
