As part of our expansion, we are seeking a dynamic Team Member - Centre Mobilization to drive enrollment and community engagement across our training centers in Pune, Thane, and Delhi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute mobilization strategies to attract students/trainees to the center.
- Build and maintain relationships with local communities, NGOs, schools, and other stakeholders for outreach activities.
- Conduct field visits, campaigns, and awareness programs to ensure active participation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and enrollment processes.
- Maintain accurate records of mobilization efforts and report progress regularly.
- Work closely with the placement and training teams to align mobilization with career opportunities for trainees.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred in Social Work, Marketing, or related fields).
- 1-3 years of experience in mobilization, community engagement, or outreach programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in field-intensive roles with a passion for skill development initiatives.
- Knowledge of local areas and communities in Pune, Thane, or Delhi is a plus.
