Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for student inquiries, concerns, and support requests.
- Guide students through the enrollment process, course details, and learning resources.
- Provide administrative support, including maintaining student records and processing documentation.
- Coordinate with trainers and faculty to ensure a smooth learning experience.
- Assist in organizing student orientation programs, events, and feedback sessions.
- Address and resolve student complaints or escalate issues as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales and academic teams to enhance student engagement and satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in student services, customer support, or academic administration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving ability with a student-centric approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
