Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic KAM Trainer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, particularly in a relationship executive role, and will be passionate about training and developing key account managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training sessions for Key Account Managers to enhance their skills and knowledge in relationship management.
  • Develop training materials and programs tailored to the needs of the team.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align training objectives with company goals.

Requirements:

  • Graduation is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Relationship Executive in the e-commerce sector.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi.
  • Proven ability to train and mentor individuals in a professional setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for developing talent.
