Requirments:-
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the core civil engineering field, with a specific emphasis on design techniques and project management methodologies
- Exceptional communication abilities, including the capacity to explain intricate concepts in easy-to-understand terms
- Strong leadership qualities with the capability to function effectively within a team
- Demonstrated history of delivering top-notch training programs, preferably within the civil engineering sector
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Staad Pro, and other civil engineering software
- Holds a Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- Outstanding organizational and presentation skills
- Previous involvement in corporate training is advantageous
