Requirments:-
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in core electrical training, possessing strong knowledge in electrical components, circuits, and wiring systems
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts for easy understanding
- Proficient in working independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Skilled in conducting training programs and developing training materials
- Ability to adjust to changing business needs and priorities, managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training software applications
