We are urgently seeking a skilled Financial Modeling Trainer to join our team in Mangalore. As a Financial Modeling Trainer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive training sessions to equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge in financial modeling.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and deliver training sessions on financial modeling techniques, methodologies, and best practices.
2. Design and customize training materials, including presentations, case studies, and exercises, to meet the specific needs of participants.
3. Provide hands-on guidance and support to participants during practical exercises and projects.
4. Assess participants' understanding and progress through quizzes, assignments, and practical assessments.
5. Address participants' questions, concerns, and challenges effectively to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, developments, and best practices in financial modeling to enhance training content and delivery.
7. Collaborate with team members to continuously improve training programs and materials.
8. Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant attendance, and performance evaluations.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in financial modeling, preferably in a training or teaching capacity.
2. Strong proficiency in financial modeling tools and software, such as Excel, VBA, and financial modeling platforms.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively.
4. Demonstrated ability to engage and motivate participants, fostering an interactive and dynamic learning environment.
5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
6. Flexibility to adapt training content and delivery methods based on the needs and skill levels of participants.
7. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
