CertED Technologies is urgently seeking a qualified and experienced First-Aid Trainer to join our team in Mumbai. As a First-Aid Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive first-aid training sessions to equip participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to respond effectively to medical emergencies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and conduct engaging and informative first-aid training sessions, ensuring that all relevant topics and techniques are covered thoroughly.
- Customize training materials and scenarios to suit the specific needs and environments of participants, including workplace settings, public spaces, and recreational areas.
- Demonstrate and explain first-aid procedures, including CPR, wound care, choking relief, and basic life support techniques, in a clear and understandable manner.
- Provide hands-on training and practice opportunities for participants to reinforce learning and build confidence in their ability to respond to emergencies.
- Incorporate real-life case studies and simulations to enhance participants' problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities in emergency situations.
- Assess participants' understanding and competence through quizzes, practical assessments, and scenario-based evaluations.
- Address participants' questions, concerns, and misconceptions effectively, fostering a supportive and interactive learning environment.
- Stay updated on the latest developments, guidelines, and best practices in first-aid procedures and emergency response protocols to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content.
